Manor quest bugged, can't continue quest nor the game
I started playing today, got to lvl 29, started the manor quest. After killing the duke and duchess, i was supposed to follow Jelena to the ladder room. She disappeared, the quest indicator still appeared in the duke room but it was empty, the big spider did appear and i killed it, even if it was not the quest itself, which was following Jelena who was not in the mansion.

I restarted the game, twice, teleported to town and back, even when exiting the manor the popup said monsters would respawn, which they did not because after exiting and going in again it was as empty as i left it.

Tried looking for info online, the solution was to disband the party, which in this case doesn't work because it was not the instance but the SOLO option that the quest required. This game has made me so angry today. 10 years, and a major bug happens in the first day of playing. Outrageous.

when you're doing Solo, you can type /reset while in the dungeon to reset the dungeon. I've had this happen with one of my characters as well when it bugged, you need to redo the request again from where you left off in the restarted dungeon
