alrighty that should have probably been my first attempt any ways haha
You could check over on the official forums too. There's a Kinship forum and the server specific forums if you scroll down towards the bottom. Check those for any Angmar adverts.
Of course there are other servers that have great friendly and helpful players... But the 2 above, I have been in for 17 years. 👍👍💖🌟🤠🎅🎄🎄🎁
Until those legacy servers are updated to the 64bit version, I would NOT recommend them to new players, simply based on the amount of latency issues alone. Not to mention, it's more difficult to enjoy the unfolding of content on an already established server as most times on legacy servers, you end up doing old content with higher level players that just breeze through it, removing any sense of challenge or adventure.
Angmar is a much better choice in my opinion. As someone who played on Arkenstone for years, I'm actually enjoying the latency free rebirth of LOTRO, one expansion at a time and since Angmar just released their first expansion Moria a week ago, it's still relatively fresh.
