Unavailable for current region steam? What? I'm from US!

So I was playing mabinogi yesterday for the first time for 6-7 hours, today I was looking at my steam and I see this message "unavailable for current region steam" with play button greyed out, it's "install" now. I don't use VPN, I am from Unites States, my store region is USA (I never changed it). This is so random? why can't I play the game?

I had a friend have this happen who has been playing for a bit, but it turned out to be a glitch that was fixed restarting the computer/steam. Maybe a similar ISP causing the glitch if you're in Western US.

yeah I also fixed it by restarting pc
