Doesn't the guard on the boat have a purse or key? I have a shadow of a vague
memory of timing his movements just right to pluck something off him undetected.
I guess it might have been just stepping in for a knockout, but I prefer to keep him
awake and unsuspecting so I can release the crabs to do the disposal for me.. - VERY
entertaining ! ; )

though I'd recovered every square inch multiple times until overcome by exhaustion.
At some point I have to ask myself "Can I live with 'only' 99%?" - It IS possible that
the game glitched in some fashion - a guard walked off a pier and drowned, got
stuck somewhere outside the map or an item just fails to manifest. Chalk it up to
Thief being a 'mysterious' game, call it "Close enough!" and move on. ; )
