How do you beat "Lift me up"?

It's in the boiler section of the Teleporter Troubles mode. There are plenty of platforms moving up and down, with tons of spikies swirkling around in circles. How do you beat it?

Managed to beat it by closely following a video of it. Still a stupid level...
And I managed to beat all of coop mode by myself today. Took about 1.5 hours, in case people are wondering if they should attempt it.
