Does the dupe glitch work for this version of the game?

I've tried all these different methods, and as far as I can tell there isn't even a way to use multiple items at once in this version so I was thinking the dupe glitch just may not be possible in this game.

Its way easier in this version. Just search it up for "glitches you can do in dark souls ptde" on YouTube, phobia (I think) has an explanation on how to do it.
