Is the game here not the finished version?

I've seen some recent reviews (Nov-Dec 2023) saying the game doesn't include all the stuffs available. Is that still true? If so, where'd I actually go for the completed one?

It is finished version for Steam.
If you support on patreon you can buy the patreon version that have 30 more scenes.

Do the patreon version mention what happen to Laura or any extra stories after the end of the route B in steam version?

I am copying this from the other thread posted:

There is like 30+ additional cg
Several more side stories
Several smaller scenes with one or two cg
A dream sequence
A ending A++
A goblin ending in ch 8
Additional clothing for the main characters and some other side one
