What's the point of development packs?!
I'm furious, confused and my hair are getting grey.
Can someone tell me what's the point of my 10 development packs that I collected if I CAN'T upgrade my bike?
Is there something I am missing? Are my settings messed up? What's the logic here?

Ive earned 10 packs, where do I use them? How do I apply them?
Is it only the screen where I decide what areas of bike A and B should be developed which is totally random.
How does this work?

As far as I've been able to work out, yes it's just when you decide which areas of bike A and B you wish to develop. But, I don't know if this page actually works. I've had times when I select to develop the engine, only for it to improve every area except the engine.

If anyone else knows how this area of the game works then I would be very interested to hear.
