Robin's suit glitch
so i've tried turning v-sync both on and off, and i have tried restarting the game, but both the technical suit (where you control a car) and the magentic shoes suit won't work. The car can rotate but not move, and when walking up metal ramps i reach the curve but cannot get higher than that. I'm getting really frustrating and it feels like this should've been patched ages ago. Any tips? I'll try deleting and re-downloading the game but other than that I seriously don't know what to do.

Have Steam display the frame rate while playing (with V-Sync turned on in the game) and see if it matches the rate shown in the game settings. You video card drivers could be overriding the V-Sync setting in the game, so V-Sync isn't really on.

I am having this same glitch with the car and i dont know how to fix it, so im deciding on refunding this game cos i cant move on without this
In game I went to options - video setting and vertical sync was turn off. Turned on and the car started working.
HERE: worked a like a charm, go in ur NVIDIA panel( by clicking right mouse) then go show more options, then go into the panel then u find 3d settings after that go to program settings since its the first time u are proabaly doing this click add then go find the lego batman file then you go limit the frames on the game bc im going to assume u have a recent pc that is giving 1k frames on the game thats the problem for u so u set it to 60 frames limit and also u can find the v sync setting while u finding the frame limiter and turn that on. people also say that can work but for me it was the frames limit thing to 60 that is having this game run smooth dont forget this game is old and it doesnt need max frames ahahah it wasn't made for that ahah IF u need a visible way go on my twitch and i fix it on my end IK it sounds like a promote but i have it live Themustardcat141 twitch or yt
ty dude, i'll try this and if i have any problems ill find ur twitch, tysm for the help:)
i hope you fixed? right man and i hope i was right too….

Honestly, V-sync is the "regular" solution. People have been using that to fix problems in this game for years. But video card drivers can override the V-Sync setting in the game. I'm guessing that when V-Sync doesn't work for someone, that's usually the reason. One option is to change the driver setting that's overriding the game setting (so that V-Sync actually works). Another is to limit the frame rate in some other way (as described above).

FYI, if you happen to have an AMD GPU, be advised that AMD's Enhanced Sync option can cause problems in this game (because it replaces the regular V-Sync).
