I can’t play Lego Batman with a PS4 controller on PC.
Up until some time ago, my controller was working fine with Lego Batman, but today when I launched the game, it randomly connected as the second player and I couldn’t control it anymore. The same thing happened with Lego Avengers. Curiously, it worked without any problems on Skywalker Saga and Marvel Super Heroes. Does anyone know how to fix this?

They added Steam cloud support to the game last month. If "some time ago" was before that, maybe that game update changed how the game sees your controller. If you did anything special to make that controller work with the game, maybe you need to redo it. That's about all that I can suggest.
