I have every minikit in this level except for the first one, which requires three red canisters to be destroyed. The game says I've destroyed all three canisters, but the minikit will not spawn. I've reloaded the level multiple times, and I even tried breaking the canisters in a different order. Nothing has fixed this. The minikit detector points to inside a red shipping crate. I'm playing on steamdeck if that helps.
