Mad Hatter Issue
I seem to be having a major issue with the game: After beating Mad Hatter a few times in "The Joker's Home Turf," Hatter despawns, making the boss fight impossible to complete. Anyone know of any techniques or possibly mods to help out?

Have you checked a walkthrough somewhere for that level? I can't find any other posts here that mention the same problem (Mad Hatter just disappearing), so I'm wondering if you're missing something.

Okay. I somehow managed to pass through Hatter. I did something that caused him to stop despawning, but I don't really know what it was.
