Under Windows 10, the save files are in

%localappdata%\Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment\LEGO Batman\Saved Games

The location may be a bit different under other versions of Windows. If you don't see the save files there, you could search your system for things like warner or lego.

There is also a configuration file in the folder above that (LEGO Batman). You probably don't need it, but you could make a copy of that file too while you're there.

The AppData folder is "hidden". Do you have File Explorer set to show hidden files?

If you still can't find the files, did you try searching your system for things like warner or lego?
