Under Windows 10, the save file should be here:
%localappdata%\Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment\LEGO Batman\Saved Games
yeh i upgrade my pc and reinstall window but i also play that game on my laptop still cant file that file ; ( why there is no steam cloud on this game ; (
If you can't find that folder, maybe it's in a different location on your system. You could try searching your system for things like warner or lego. I think AppData is normally a "hidden" folder, so you may have to set the search to include hidden folders.
FWIW, the save file on my system is named
SaveGame0.LEGO Batman_SavedGame
As I recall, the game will let you use a few different saves. I'm guessing that SaveGame0 is the first one. In any case, if you used a different save slot, the name might be different.
I don't know if there's anyone that you can contact that could help you.

That would depend on what you're trying to do.
The OP lost their game progress and I was just posting where the save file(s) should be located, so they could check to see if there was anything there.
Did you also lose your progress? If you don't have a save file there, then it may just be gone and there may not be anything that you can do about it.
They just added Steam cloud support to the game, but if your save hadn't already been copied to the cloud, then that's not going to help.
There's not really anything that you can do with that file. It's just a standard file for games that use the Steam cloud. It's just a text file that contains your Steam account ID. You can open it with Notepad, for example, if you want to see what's in it.
Did you change computers or reinstall Windows or something? Since the game didn't use the Steam cloud before the recent update, you would lose your saves if you changed computers or did anything that erased your user data in Windows.
If you changed computers, but still have access to the old computer, then the simplest thing would be to enable the Steam cloud for the game on the old computer and start the game. Then Steam should send the save file to the cloud. You could check the Properties for the game in Steam and it would show that some data is stored in the cloud. Then enable the Steam cloud for the game on the new computer and start the game, and hopefully it will just get the save from the cloud. Another option would be to manually copy the file from the old computer to the new one.
If you can't get the save file from an old computer, I don't think there's anything that you can do.
