Does anyone want to play multiplayer?

First time I see such ♥♥♥♥♥♥ puzzle. Absolutely no idea how to solve this. And no solutions in the internet, all players trimmed out this section for some reasons. Any hints, anything to pass this fcuking crap?

Myself and 4 other friends were trying to do some escaping but we can't get a game going. Everytime we hit join after entering the code it gives the joining screen then we're back to the multiplayer menu. Join through steam options takes us back to the title screen then the main menu. Weirdly enough sometimes we had 1 person join 1 other person but we could never get all in one lobby. One person could join another but not anyone else and vice versa if that makes sense. We tried restarting steam, restartin...

Puzzle so hard but it take an hour to solve it
