I know you can do it in Crysis 1 by messing with the contents of .pak files but it dosen't seems to work for me, win rar and 7zip say that the archive is corrupted, (already reinstalled the game) but here is a quick guide (hope i'm not too late)

go to your game folder (with steam)
then to GameCrysis2 and localized
open Polish.pak and english.pak
take all the files inside the language folder of your polish.pak (exept the dialog folder)
paste them into the english.pak
when you restart the game just choose language as english and it should work
i'm gonna reinstall the game for the second time see if that fix it

it seems that the .pak files are compressed with a certain method that winrar and other can't read, i tried to unzip with quick bms, worked but when i compress and paste the new pak into the game folder the game start with black screen and only audio, there's tool that i used for this but didn't worked for me
