Turning back a turn does NOT reactivate the schackles
I am fuming.
I was a move away from killing boss 3, used the schackles to keep their queen in place for the kill and moved a unit for the kill in the wrong spot. It got killed. Turned back a turn with a rollback I was saving to do the move properly...

AND THE QUEEN KILLED ME. THE SHACKLES DO NOT COME BACK IF YOU ROLL BACK A TURN TO WHEN THEY WERE ACTIVE. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
