Maybe you could write your specs, because I have not any problem with this game. Also refund is automatic, if you have played max 2 hours and bought game max 2 weeks ago. Also also, you can review game, if you have played it for at least 5 minutes (or run .exe file for that amount of time).

It had been longer than 2 weeks, but they let me refund it. I could not run that file at all. A white window flashed up and went away. Apparently this game doesn't work on Windows 11 but nothing is said about that on the store page. I would have reviewed it if I could to warn other people. I tried troubleshooting steps for about 3 hours before learning it won't run on Windows 11. It was such a huge waste of time.

Well, I have Windows 11 and I run this game without any problems. Ok, one time it crashed, but other than that it runs flawlessly for me. Maybe another program blocked it, or you have outdated drivers. Or unsupported resolution... But if you refunded it, that is okay and I am glad you got your money back.
