Excpet for Switch, you can change the names, genders and looks of all the characters. What's the point of having them premade if there's nothing (seemingly) tied to them as characters? Might as well just have them be "The Paladin", "The Ranger" etc. for all it seems to matter.

Of course the actual customization options are severely lacking but that's a different story....
