It doesn't exceed 4 fps for me.

The game does not exceed 4 fps at a low resolution, and even though on my old computer it ran at 30 fps at the same resolution or even at a higher resolution, it doesn't on this computer. The components are: I3 1215U, 8GB with 500 of memory. What should I do?
