18+ DLC Not working

So, I downloaded the game, I've downloaded the 18+ patch, the game page shows its in my library, and I can manage the DLC, so its definitely there, but still the game skips 18+ scenes, nothing has changes. What the hell is going on?

18+ DLC Help

Sadly I can not download the dlc for the game (it's completly hidden for me) because of my countrys shenanigans. Is there a alternative or other way to get the patch/dlc ? I have read from other discussion about that in older title from the developer that you can change the "patchcheck.rpy". Did not work sadly....
