It's got +0.01 to pickup, cooldown, size, and speed. The non-cooldown stats are generally +0.10 so from those three stats we've got about 30% of a normal stat upgrade's power. Cooldown is double value since the ring gives +0.05, so we're at 50% counting that. It's got +0.01 to dodge chance, but it's divided by 100 before being added! That means it's actually +0.0001 to dodge chance which is effectively zero, so that doesn't contribute to the item's strength. It's got +0.05 to element chances, +0.2 tot...

In my opinion it's the worst suit in the game in its current state. The main gimmick of Weapon Scale scaling with how little you move hurts you more than helps. 50% of base cooldown at start is supposed to be main downside to somewhat balance the idea of big weapons, but it also completely screws up majority of items. I have completed a run with every suit on overdrive 5, except Worn. It's gimmick really just screws you more than helps. Want to know what you all think too....

I've been trying to go for the Condensation achievement/unlock, but I'm unsure what it means by "elementals only." I assumed this meant only the weapons that start with a chance to inflict elemental damage and the passives that buff elemental damage, but I also saw in another post about Condensation that something like the digiwatch counts too. Anyone know what specifically I can use while going for Condensation?...
