Why i cant start game?

After the logo disappears, there will be a momentary error pop-up window, and then Steam will display that the game has not started

I don't know if Rocksteady has released a patch recently, but I have a feeling that it was released after all, and it broke something somewhere. Or it's Microsoft. Or all graphics adapter manufacturers have bad drivers at the same time. It's kind of sad...
