ever-so-slightly subpar computer barring me from playing this
when i first tried to launch this game, it crashed immediately. apparently, i'm 52 megabytes off from the VRAM requirement. any suggestions?

This game is a decade old. Unless you're running a 15 year old system anything even remotely modern should work fine as long as you have a dedicated GPU of some sort. This game ran on 4GB GPU's.

That said, if you have an Intel Arc card, it might not work out of the box without fiddling, because when it launched, the only Intel GPU's were integrated graphics which are not supported.

nvm i figured it out its just that intel is stupid and i needed a patch
