Completely stuck on Lines puzzle 85, Chimes. I've coloured squares for some of the 6789 squares, but can't get any further. Hint #7 seems to indicate that I can fill the entire grid with variants of one value, but I'm stuck with squares 5 and 8, with several possible choices for that value in either of them. Is something, such as a given value, missing?...

does this really solve uniquely? I'm left with 13 and 79 pairs in box 3 and 9 that i can't seem to resolve. Also the rule about the moat is kind of confusing. There is only 1 cell of moat in the center of the puzzle, right?

In Hint #2, why cannot r1c1/2/3 cannot be 1/4/5?

There are some assertions made in the hints on this puzzle which I don't understand - I'm not sure whether the hints are mistaken, or if there is a way to make these deductions which isn't explained and which I can't see, perhaps someone can help. Hint #6 "R6C1/2 include a B and C" Why could it not be A and C? Hint #7 "R3C1/2/3 cannot be the same colour..." Why not? "...so it is high which must be A" Why could high not be B? Many thanks if anyone can help. :)...

This puzzle seems to be impossible to complete given just the Between Lines rules. The first hint reveals that there's also a King's Move restriction - has that been missed out?
