+ A really good X-Com esque tactics game
+ Interesting setting - behind the lines WW2 in preparation of D-Day
+ Nicely atmospheric
+/- Named characters who can't actually die. This is the approach they chose but I personally prefer the X-com way where the generated characters grow into the story
- The boardgame map is confusing at first. I had no idea what I was supposed to do in my first playthrough.
- Annoying amount of glitches and performance issues
- Fixed amount of recruits with RNG on who you can get, so you might end up without a machine gunner, for example

I enjoyed this game but boy it gets annoying. I've played it through twice, the second time nearly completing all missions with 5 stars but yet d-day still ends up a stalemate. I never enjoyed managing the map, the second time through I thought I did way better managing the map and still d-day was a stalemate, maybe I missed something but managing the map was never really explained well in the first place. Very frustrating, and not the good kind, I'm not going to play the game again.

There is some bugs, it seems like the nazis can shoot through walls, dodge bullets from point blank range, and hardly take any damage towards the end of the game. all very annoying.
