i bought a dvd from a retail shop and i installed ac3 and uplay, but its unplayable since i can't log in or create an account to play. is there anyway to fix this and be able to play ac3 without uplay?

I bought this game also in Ubisoft Connect and it worked fine until now. Ubisoft Connect starts asking for the key, and when I entered it, I got "This CD key or Activation code is already active on this account. Please visit your game library to access your games". When I'm trying to start this game from Ubisoft Connect library, it just don't start. What is happening?...
