Could you please verify that both Ubisoft Connect and Steam are up to date?
If that doesn't fix the issue, please let us know the following:
- PC Specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, Windows version)
- Screen resolution and refresh rate
- GPU drivers version
- Are you using any third party antivirus/firewall?
- Are you using any third party overlay such as Overwolf, Discord or the new Nvidia app, for example?
- Are you using programs such as MSI Afterburner/Riva Tuner?
- Is your PC overclocked?
- Are you using more than 1 monitor?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
