Inivisible Coach Bug Fix
Hi all,
Was having some issues in my first few hours of playing AC3 where coaches/wagons being pulled by horses would be completely invisible or flicker in and out of view randomly. It also made it hard/impossible to interact with which is somewhat required on some missions it seems.

Anyhow. after a bit of searching and not seeing many topics I stumbled across one that suggest it may be a vsync issue.

Long story short go into your graphics card settings/control panel and turn vsync 'On'. Make sure you restart your game if you're still playing at the time of changing it.

By default mine was turned to off, and of course no in game option to turn it on, so if you're using nvidia control panel like myself.. goto;

Manage 3D settings>Program Settings>Select Assassin's Creed III (ac3sp.exe if single player) and then Vertical sync > On.

You may also want to set this up globally if you'd prefer. Upto you.

This seemed to work for me. No more flickering, I'm able to interact with it flawlessly etc too.
So happy right now. Thought i'd share in case others may have had this issue.

Thanks! Your advice put me on the right tracks. For me it was a multimonitor related problem. Once I had my main monitor as the only one enabled the problem disappeared.

In case this didn't fix the problem, if you have a monitor that goes above 60hz try and set it to 60hz with vsync on. I have a 144hz monitor and this worked for me.

March 2020! I can confirm this fixed it for me.
Couch is visible and interactable again.

Took them long enough, even with the Remastered version, the issue wasn't addressed. :allergy:

Forcing VSync was not enough for me (144Hz monitor) so I had to limit in graphics card's setting maximuma framerate to 60 and it solved the invisible/flickering coaches problem.
