I'm guessing it's the From Planet stat in the planet detail view?

Also, how does the "From Planets" and "From Star System" stats in the system detail view work?

On my starting system, with 50/50 Harmony tax rate (no food bonus, no research bonus), with my starting planet producing 5.6 food, the system shows +5 "From Star System" (I'm assuming this is the 5.6 from my starting planet as it looks like most stats are truncated, not rounded) and shows +6 "From Planets". I might have that backwards, as it seems counter-intuitive, but regardless, am I somehow getting food from all the planets in the system, even the uncolonized ones?

no, you only get FIS from colonized planets, your planets might have a strategic resource, luxury resource or modifier (greem, orange, red) that can affect its production/FIS generation

I found the explanation for the System stats... The "Colony Base" enhancement gives +5 food for each colonized planet in the system. Phew! So many moving pieces!

You can compare the FIS scores after you have cleared the system of Dust. The method is not very convenient.
