I ran a game with 40 town population last night. I killed 4 ponies, and was the first to get lynched on day 5 when my suspicion was at 0 and still had 100% sanity intact. Like what was I supposed to do? flirt with everypony that came in the previous days?
I hope this becomes fixed because I remember another run I did recently where I was put up for lynching 7 times in a row!
EDIT: Found the issue, when NOBODY is especially suspicious the game checks from 1 (you) to the POP flag (everyone else). If everyone is very low on sus, then as the first checked pony you remain the most likely candidate.
I've made a quick fix where now it checks from top to bottom, meaning you would be the *last* pony to be chosen unless you actually do have more suspicion on you than anyone else!
Suspicion when lynchings occur is judged by the personal suspicion of everyone against that individual combined. That means you might still find yourself on the spot if there is ONE pony that is deeply suspicious of you. Killing ponies who have high sus on you lowers your general suspicion much more than killing one who doesn't suspect you at all, so you need to pick your targets with this in mind.
ooo nice nice! Time to hit up them 40 pony towns once more! x3
