The game won't open

Hey so I try opening the Kinito Pet game and it wont open. It goes into a black screen and goes back to my normal desktop. I'm not sure if everyone else is having the same issue or it's just me. I saw you should delete roaming files and then try. I did that and it still didn't work. Sorry if this is a stupid question haha. (edit: My computer type is a Windows 11 btw. I'm not sure if that's important info but there's that)

Wait I keep seeing that the game only runs on Windows 10? Damn. I have a Windows 11. This sucks. Would it make me a bad person that I want a refund on the game since I'm now unable to play it at all? I hate to be selfish or seem greedy. :"(

No man, it's not just on Windows 11, I'm on W10 and the game isn't working, it's giving an error on the video card saying it's outdated or OpenGL is not compatible with the game, and I've already updated the video card and I've played this game before on the same computer, and now it's giving me this error, I can't solve it

hey, i also have a windows 11 and its not working for me either. im not sure if its to do with the 'access' things where it can see your location n stuff or if its to do with the pc or what. if you did allow it please fel free to get back as i NEED TO SORT THIS ITS DRIVING ME INSANE
