wouldnt say disturb, just cringe and off putting. But i was figuring that this might not be for me then, even though the gameplay loop looks fairly good.

This is ur typical Asian fantasy game, seeing non gooner things is not something you'd find here.

It's like asking if there's a part of the game where you don't have to see enemies blown to pieces or crushed into pulp or riddled with bullets. It's an adult title with known themes. If you don't like what's on tap there are plenty of games like Space Marine 2 or Hell Divers you can hop into that only focus on the looting, shooting, and violence.

Yes, there are plenty of heavy tactical style armors and skins in the game as well and you'll run into them, but female descendants are far more powerful in general, so you're more likely to see them, and they make a lot more revealing that covering skins for them, so it is what it is. Yes, you can play solo if you like. You can set your instance to private and you'll never see another soul. You can also do Intercepts and Infiltrations solo, though you'll have a harder time of that as you go until you are maxed out.

Fair enough, i just thought id enjoy the gameplay loop if i could just not interact with the playerbase thus side stepping a lot of said content. But if thats not an option i guess ill just safe myself the time. Thanks for the info guys.

The hub is online only sadly, but everything else you can play private.
There's currently a pretty badass armor you can get for every character with tickets from the void abyss boss in endgame. Most premium skins are also battle focused and look pretty cool imo. All the bikinis and such are "themed skins" that are basically outside the lore of the game.
My main characters all have sweet battlesuits, armours and exoskeletons. My Ajax looks like a gundam :3

sounds like a decent enough challenge, i dont mind a difficult game that forces me to min max.

So as long as i stay away from the hub area i can just enjoy the game with non immersion breaking skins. Thats nice, i might have make this my new "i only have 1 or 2 hours to game today" game then thanks :D

Mind you i dont mind attractive characters. Witcher 3 imo for example (besides the dlc skins for yen & triss) nailed the "attractive but not cheap non sensical" vibe.

Im fine with attractive characters in videogames. I just dont like stupid bunny costumes or half an ass hanging out sorta stuff. Just not my thing, i prefer cool badass stuff.

Well, most of the descendant have good looking default armor.
Of course you will not find females with huge metal armors, but still something that is acceptable (something that you can see in Comics like Marvel or DC).
Most of the fanservice skins are in the shop.
I don't know if you can be solo in the Hub, almost everything can be played in solo (private lobby) tho.

But yeah, it's not my intention sound rude of course, but the direction (and sometime it's too much even for me that I appreciate fan service things) is put fanservice skins, and some of them looks pretty generic too.

You can't avoid the "gooner" part, it's the core of this game, or a good part of it (always talking about skins ofc).
You will find "bikini girl" running around, bunny skins and so on.

Still I'd say to try the game, it's not that bad, not everyone wants pay money for bikinis or stuff like that so often you see descendant with most of the skin covered.
