The transaction can take sometime. If it goes several hours then it's on to support.

thanks do you know how to contact nexon for their support for this game? since a steam guy did help me and the funds finally went through. now waiting on actual calibar to enter the in game account.

Steam is blocking the transaction. Reach out to Steam support and tell them to let it through. I had this issue too.
had the same problem before just Reach out to Steam support
Took me 48 hours one time. Good luck; they tend to be slow. :steammocking:

I find direct transaction via payment processor has some weird restrictions happening on Steam. Must be stupid payment processors like visa/mastercard/paypal are acting up. Even topping up my Steam wallet with a credit card that I always used on Steam, I get blocked from Steam marketplace for 2 days. Never happened before.

You can submit a request ticket if you go to game website, you can find the link on game store page, then in the top menu from "Customer Service > FAQ" option when you click on FAQ it will open a new browser tap to global support site.

In global support site you can login with your steam credentials and submit a request, then just follow the options that apply best to your issue.
could be a you issue. i remember buying ult bunny (about 2 weeks since game was released)
and had no issues with getting my calibar.

I have money sitting in my Steam wallet for weeks/months, so it clears processing, never had an issue with making purchases.

it was steam they were blocking the payment. steam allowed the funds to go through on the 5075 caliber and it went smootly.

Steam blocks direct payments from the game. Best to add to your wallet first and use the steam wallet to buy caliber.
make sure to check the inbox in the shop bottom left, i thought mine wasn't processing as well but for some reason you still have to claim the caliber through the mail in the bottom left of the store xD

it was weird it's the in store "inbox" were you claim the money.
