the devs chose to NOT allow players to disable it, even through config files
the best you can do is use TSR/DLSS if you don't want a blurry game
TAAU introduces blur and ghosting, like FSR and Xess
TSR consumes more performance however

the only thing that can save my hope for the gaming industry would be if theres a new AAA game with no anti aliasing option to open the people's eyes, literally

Do u realise u can spot pixels on most of the screen. And unless we go to crazy pixel density like 8k 27" monitor we will need some kind of anti aliasing.

Other story is with upscalers(dlss, fsr, xess). But those work as a better AA than TAA if tuned correctly.
And another topic is texture size and the gimping on HDD/SDD/VRAM on todays PCs

I've got a lot of visible pixels on my game but I imagine that's only because my system requirements don't meet the minimum specifications.

you cant remove it but set it to tsr 90% low anialiasing quality. should perform like taau but will be sharper despite lower rendering resolution
