how to bounce meteor off jump pad?

Having trouble doing this achievement. I read the alien lasers count for it too, but there's no shadow for point of impact, so i can never place them correctly. any tips?

Its my last achievement I need excluding the "win x amount of times as x class". Meteors focus more heavily around the cashouts, so your best chance is to place a jump pad a few feet away from the cashout and pray

after many more hours, still no luck

even worse - playing power shift, got ufos, actually saw it happen in front of me that pad i placed deflected green energy shot from ufo, but no credit.

is there some kind of special condition, like angle?
