Report a translation problem
Just checked via powershell. No infections. I also cleaned out whatever I saw in %temp%, as well as ending the task of a program to delete files, if needed. Whatever that it is that was in my temp folder wasn't related to a virus. I've had no infected scans of any kind since hearing about this issue, however I've kept the game uninstalled for now, till this issue is resolved.
I'm not even going to play the game in offline mode; I'm taking no chances.

No, clearing logs won't fix anything
Currently there's people in the community creating a patch that'll remove the files from your PC, it's hard to find them manually, they could be hiding anywhere.
One of the people in charge of making the fix for it said that the malware is badly written, a mere restart of your system could in fact kill it.
