There are 3 versions of this game on Steam Beta Branch - 2015, 2017, 2018. Any idea what are the differences?

I know a certain person (Sara?) took care of the old YS localisations, VO and such, is there any way to add new languages through her help? I'd like to localise it in Italian, no idea how to extract the text from the game files though. If someone knows anything (or knows her, or whoever did the job), please let me know!...
