Second fastest L and a high priority and second fastest JL
Well, first off all, it's a pretty easy observation to make. Everyone but Valle, Hyde and to some extent ♥♥♥♥ and Gaspar has some sort of pre-swing start to their attack, be it a quick pose, a dash forwards, or rearing their weapon/hand, whereas those characters just attack right off the bat, cutting down their attack time substantially. Also, he has 520+ hours of game time, so I'd say his word's pretty damn good at this point.
And about Valle, Valle is one of the strongest characters in the game. Yes, her LLL is slow, but her first attack is fast, and if it hits you should be able to hit the second one cuz hitstun. That'll let you knock them in the air with an LR, catch them off guard and break their block with an LLR, or just LL. LLL isn't particularly useful, but very, very few characters have good LLL moves anyhow, so that isn't new. As for the rest of her character, it's all pretty justified. She's one of the tankiest characters in the game, not to mention her invincible move and her regenerating move giving her one hell of an edge when she's got RP to spare. She's got a ridiculous amount of block-breakers (her LLR and JR along with her power LR), she can keep ridiculous amounts of pressure on an enemy with her JLL, and her L is one of the easiest to use attacks in the game. Also, RR is hard to hit, but real hurty and stamina draining, which is the only attack in the game that drains stamina. and her shift + R basically stops people from being able to effectively run. So overall, the character's a damn good one. You just need to learn her.
(In case you have no idea what I said, L means left click, R means right click, J means jump. When said together, I'm talking about a combo.)
Not really. She does plenty of damage, has a swing range only beaten by danmei, and has more evasive maneuvers and a larger variation of attacks than anyone else in the game. Plus, you can still really rack up damage if you get behind your enemies with your L.
