Guide Of Guides. (FAQ)- MUST SEE if you get an error.

This is a compilation of guides for people that are looking for a solution to their problem.

Connection Issues

General connection issue.

Server list not showing (Possible fix)

Server API Error (error code: 100) Or Server API unavailable error (error code: 111) If neither of these works, please check your firewall: Click here for details

Game won't launch after the "Preparing to launch" message.

Version conflict error.

Novice Server Issue.

Match loader keeps circling.

This should become a sticky since many people seem to totally ignore the guides or ask questions before searching.

As much as I hate to say it, people will still continuously ask anyway because they never search before asking. And when they do search, they end up reviving ages old threads.

That is exactly the reason I made this thread in the first place.
I don't mind answering questions but a simple guide so they can look for their problem isn't such a bad idea.

man... when i m choosing the character...the wrong charac gets chosen....like when i was choosing elika or hyde (i have only two characters purchased) it automatically starts with lich or denmei (mostly).....pls help if can

sir can i ask i just started to play and when i click network play it says i need to buy a character and when i went to shop then buy a character it says there arn't available webapi servers?? why is that help pls
