Archeblade is being kept alive by the very small player base that is left that have been playing since beta.

According to SteamCharts[steamcharts.com] the average peak of concurrent players at one time in a 1hr time frame is 130, avg. of 62 a day, these numbers are currently dropping at around 8-12% per month.

What the current remaining player base does is either ♥♥♥♥ around destroying nubs cuz teaching the game mechanics takes to long and nubs dont listen, OR theres the few of us that want to help keep the game alive by modding the game to make things from map editing (what i do for the community, will see some weird custom map names from time to time from US servers due to me), and editing the scripts of the game to either fix exploits/hacks, patch in a new champ (woojin), or simply fix/change/add whatever the ♥♥♥♥ you want. All in the spirit of fixing whats broken in the game and adding content ourselves since the devs won't do it for us.

I have said this many times before, that is not possible in the least. Maybe through some freaky kismet stuff you could fake a new character, but the real answer is no, there will never be any new characters in archeblade.

True. But Free to play game seldom become totally dead unless steam purged this game off.
