Revert controls
Yeah I have the DLC. But how do I actually use revert?

You use the R2/RT just like the originals, if on controller; Not sure about keyboard.

Reverts are performed as you're coming down from vert air; a small window as you're just about to touch ground again.

P,S, Reverts were added in an update, the DLC is just levels.
