Game no longer for sale should you get refunded

If a game is no longer for sale on steam do you think you should get refunded?

I played this for 10 min and then put in a ticket for a refund pretty much got told stiff..

Well, their refund policy is, if it's more than 2 hours played, or owned longer than 14 days, your eligibility for a refund is expired. This game was delisted a while ago. At least 2-3 years by now.
