If you're experiencing connection issues, please provide the following (for privacy reasons I suggest you to write at support@elevenpuzzles.com ):

1. Which device are you using to play? (PC, Mac, iPhone, Android, etc.)
2. A screenshot.
3. Which country are you from? (Regional factors might be at play.)
4. Are you using a restricted network, such as a university network?

We’ve found that changing to a different network (even to 3G) or using a VPN might fix the issue. Some locations have problems connecting to our servers, and we’re trying to find out why. Also some routers cut off the connection protocol used to reach our servers. The more information you can provide, the better chance we’ll have of finding a solution. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

We literally can't get past the first puzzle. In getting through 8/9 of the blue/red & yellow/green button puzzle, the last one always fails, and we can never get a success after that./

Could you send us a screenshot or a recording of this happening (at support@elevenpuzzles.com)? We've never heard of this happening to anyone, so please give us as much info as possible <3

My game randomly freezes when playing. It always freezes sometime around the welcome sing puzzle in the first level, if not sooner. Game never responds after freezing. We've tried re-installing and resetting computer, no luck. Partner has no issues and our connection is stable. Occasional pop-up for Unity error showed up.

I am having a problem with level 2 when i should draw poland word it gets a weird shape and not a rectangle

Can`t connect to server!

We had to lookup for the solution on the periodic elements puzzle, one combination gives black as a result instead of red. Thank you for the amazing game this is !
