Hi all,

I haven't played ToF since late March of last year, but I never uninstalled the game or moved/changed account details. Upon my return to the game today, I'm presented with the opening cutscenes and the choose a character screen, but I have 41 hours of time on this game.

I used the same email I've been using for ToF but when I went to login to Level Infinite Pass, it tells me my login creds. don't exist. I tried the three different emails the account could possibly be under but nope.

I've already confirmed I'm on the NA servers and have chosen the server I last played on (after actually logging into the game), but the game is still acting like I'm a new player. The data transfer hasn't started yet either, so I have no idea what's going on here bc the email is the exact same as always.

Any advice? It's not the end of the world to lose my data, but I'd prefer not to have to start over.
