What now?

So I followed all the guides and such. I downloaded the game and bought and subscribed. I then learned that you can't actually group with anyone because they are all full groups with themselves. So I subscribed 5 more accounts to play a Warrior, Cleric, Shaman, Bard, Magician, and Wizard. But I found it way to hard to play them all at once so I went to Redguides and got the MQ2 software and signed up for the subscription there so I could focus on playing one character while the other 5 played themselve...

Can't Sign Up

Downloaded the game from Steam. Started the launcher and click to create a new account. I fill out the form and click the button to proceed, but nothing happens. It just sits there. I go directly to daybreak game website and try there. No luck. Why are they making it so hard for people to play their game?...
