This game is a really great View on Depression. I hope it can help people without Depression to understand Depression and that people with Depression feel more seen.

coming from someone with chronic depression- this is just okay, but definitely not the best representation. it kinda just feels like someone who read the dsm-5 criteria for depression decided to make a game about it, and of course i dont know the creator's history, but it feels like a very shallow depiction. the religion aspect is also a bit frustrating. at a first glance it seems okay to me, with it being about finding a way to break monotony of life. but it just kept going and it really felt like a "if youre depressed go to church" kinda thing, big no no. i also really wish they focused more on the less acceptable parts of depression. moon washes her face and brushes her teeth daily, her apartment is well put together, there arent even any suicidal thoughts depicted besides the side character. overall fine but pretty frustrating since depression, especially anything near severe depression, is not often depicted and i really wish this couldve been better representation
