I love this game, I just wish there was more styles of proving ground for my designs. Was thinking for a sequel you could have a campaign mode that resembles the C&C franchise to some extent. I know GSB2 wasn't the smash hit it was aiming to be (I'm guessing it had too many problems and it got overwhelming) but I hope that hasn't dampened your spirit....

So, out of Gratuitous Space Battles of Tank Battles, which one do you prefer? I for one honestly prefer Gratuitous Space Battles. The problem that I have with the GTB is that they have basically made another Tower Defence Game, I was hoping to place Tanks in some of the largest land battles similar in scope to GSB and mirroring the Battle of Raseiniai for example...

I have a Steam-provided online key and have set up my online profile, but I'm not able to view any maps. The Online browser is blank, except for a seemingly glitched entry with a "date" of 200-0-0, and the game crashes when I try to load that map. I do not own the Western Front DLC, if that makes a difference....

game ran perfectly for about a week. now everytime i try to play i receive failed to intialise 3d engine 361. does anyone know how to fix this?

If the game won't even load for you, and you get an error then you probably have to change your resolution in the pref.ini file in your documents folder, under My Games > GTB. It auto selected an improper resolution for me, so a manual change was the only fix....
