it's a timed trial not a demo ... the only demo is the character creator. any tine spent in the timed trial counts towards steam's 2hr refund window as well, so if it gets bad for you 2hrs and 1 min total game play after purchasing, you're stuck with it.

2 Hours is your time- Use it well. My advice- don't waste time in the CC. Rush through it and you might then have an hour and a half to see what the game is like, although it's almost impossible to do as a lot of stuff doesn't become apparent till later.

Yes, yes. I am aware. And yes, I re-downloaded the character creator since, per their own recommendation, it'd eat up those 2h.
My criticism is how it ends. Performance was attrocious and, since it was a 2h demo, I'd not like to spend an hour messing around with graphics settings. Just set to low and let's go.

And then it "crashes." Literally. No message, no back to menu, nothing, I really though the game had crashed. Then I saw there was only the "Purchase" button and the game time was 2h. A really bad way to end the demo.

ah ... a popup stating "time's up, purchase to continue" would have been customer friendly ... can't have that these days though.
