You'll want to type "level" in console, followed by the filename of the level you want to load. The level immediately following the space station is L18S1.rfl, so you'll want to type "level L18S1" and hit enter to load it.
Forewarning though - RF doesn't do the thing some other games do where if you load into a later part of the game, it gives you the weapons you would have if you had gotten there "naturally". When you manually load a level in RF, you'll spawn with just a pistol. You could always use the "bighugmug" all weapons cheat (also a console command) though, if you wanted.
For future reference, there's a complete list of all console commands available on the wiki: https://www.redfactionwiki.com/wiki/Red_Faction_Console_Commands
Also, not sure if you're aware of it, but if you like Red Faction you may wish to join the Red Faction Community Discord - that's where the community is, and it'd be the best place to get any help or assistance should you need it in the future.
